Personal Training:
Before your first session with one of the Elite Coaches, you must fill out the Questionnaire you get once purchasing the session that you and your trainer have agreed on. If you do not fill out the form before your first session, this session will then not be able to go ahead and therefor you will not be entitled to a refund. You must not purchase a session without corresponding with one of the Elite Trainers before hand. If you purchase a Training Session with no correspondence with one of the trainers, we can confirm that there may not be a chance of a refund depending on if they can fit you in or not. 

Personal Training Cancellation:
If you cancel your Training session within 24 hours of your time slot, we can confirm that we are unable to re arrange this session and therefore you will not be able to get a refund and your session will be charged at full rate. If you need to re arrange or cancel a session, please give us as much notice as possible. If you need to cancel your session with under 24 hours notice, please contact your trainer as soon as possible.
 
Personal Training Refunds:
Once you have purchased any personal training plan, we can confirm these are none refundable but you may re-arrange your training session as long as it's in line with our terms and conditions and our cancelation policy. (24 hour period)
